This beautiful structure was built in 1625 by James Shaw and features dormer windows, corner turrets and walls that are five feet thick in places. During the last hundred years the building has undergone extensive upgrades and renovations and is now a four star hotel, with more than 40 rooms. What the crews who did the renovations failed to remove, was all the ghosts that inhabit the castle.
